How do I use OpenCase in ChatGPT or Claude?
In ChatGPT, install the OpenCase plugin. In Claude, add the OpenCase connector from the connector directory. Either one asks you to sign in to OpenCase, or create a free account, the first time you use it.
How do I install the Google Docs add-on?
Open a Google Doc, then go to Extensions → Add-ons → Get add-ons and search for “OpenCase.” After installing, open it from Extensions → OpenCase → Open sidebar.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your profile and use the billing portal to manage or cancel. You can also email support@opencase.com and we'll handle it.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email support@opencase.com with as much detail as you can — screenshots and the URL of the page help us diagnose faster.
